We feel so much better about having and maintaining our second home with Curt checking in on the house when we aren't there. He is very willing to do as much or as little as we need done. He has recommended, scheduled and been available to let service persons in the house for heating system maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance and electrical work. Curt is always willing to do tasks such as wash windows, clean out gutters and even take out the trash. He is very thorough in his house inspections always looking for things that might be a problem and notifying us of issues. Bottom line is Curt makes vacation home ownership a very pleasant experience.
