How often does Colorado Vacation Home Services check
my home?
We offer three different level packages for
our customers. The Gold Package allows for two inspections
per week. The Silver Package allows for One inspection
weekly. The Bronze Package offers two inspections per
month.We provide owner-operated, personal service as opposed to several
different employees accessing your home. All inspections are done on random
days of the week and times of the day to provide the highest level of
security. Maintaining a presence at your home is the best way to discourage
vandalism at an unoccupied home.
What other services
does Colorado Home Services offer?
We can customize any of our plans to fit
our customers’
needs. If you don’t see a service listed, just ask and we will
do our best to provide that service. We are here to maintain your home
so you can enjoy your vacation home and not worry when you are away!
How can I get work done on my vacation home?
Tell us what project you would like to have
done and we will collect estimates and expedite the work for you, whether
it’s
a project we can perform or something larger. We will also provide you
a report with any recommended services.
How
soon can I get work done to my house if needed?
Colorado Vacation Home Services limits its customer base
so we can provide fast and efficient services to our customers.
How
do you bill?
Colorado Vacation Home Services provides you with a monthly
statement including an inspection report describing the services provided
along with any recommended additional services. Colorado Vacation Home
Services accepts checks but does not accept credit cards at this time.
